Terms and Conditions for Qween of All Tradez Digital & Physical Holy It Girl Bible Study Journal

By purchasing and/or downloading the Digital or Physical version of The Holy It Girl Bible Study Journal ("Product"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The design, layout, content, and all components of the Product are the intellectual property of Queen of All Tradez LLC and are protected under copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use this Product for your personal study and reflection purposes only.

2. Permitted Use

The Product is intended solely for personal use. You may print and/or digitally use the Product for your own Bible study. However, you are not permitted to:

  • Distribute, resell, or reproduce the Product, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes.
  • Share or transfer the Product to any other person or entity, whether for free or for sale.
  • Modify or alter the Product’s design or content with the intent to redistribute or sell.

3. Prohibited Actions

By purchasing this Product, you agree not to:

  • Use the Product for any commercial activities or profit-making ventures.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the Product, its design, or its content.
  • Upload the Product, or any part of it, to file-sharing sites or make it available for download by others.

4. Violations and Consequences

If any of the above terms are violated, Queen of All Tradez reserves the right to:

  • Terminate your license to use the Product.
  • Seek legal remedies, including but not limited to monetary damages and legal fees.
  • Pursue legal action for copyright infringement or unauthorized use.

If any of the above terms are violated, the purchaser of the Digital Holy It Girl Bible Study Journal must:

  • Pay 100% of Qween of All Tradez’s  legal fees that were incurred due to legal action being taken after the violation occurred.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the purchase has been made.

6. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure that the Product is free of defects, Queen of All Tradez LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from compatibility with your device or printer.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maryland.
